HOMEMADE CANNOLI

Our homemade Cannoli is a must-try on your visit to Cucina di Rosa.  The recipe has been in Rosa's family for generations and are made from scratch in the same Sicilian fashion that makes each bite an experience.  With a light and crisp shell, the cool ricotta cream filling dances with sprinkles of powdered sugar and tipped with pistachios or chocolate chips.  This little taste of Italian cuisine is unmistakably synonymous with a rich history of celebration, attention to detail, and a feeling of family tradition.   

One of the most memorable selections on our menu is a hit paired with a fresh Espresso or a selection from our exclusive Sicilian wine list.
